The best customer service from sales to management! I have to say some people should really keep their reviews about the topic. Car buying experience! Some cheap man on here writing about a stolen $500 item that he probably never had! Like who leaves an expensive item in the car? I hate to see someone writing wrong things on reviews especially it seems pretty racist like he’s profiling a manager at the dealership. What is wrong with you? Jordan Sullivan was a great salesperson to work with. After talking to a dozen dealerships this month, I can say that Jordan was the most straight-forward and helpful. He let me know once the new Integra was in for a test drive and which allocations were in the pipeline for reserving in a prompt manner. The dealership doesn't have you jump through hoops + imaginary markups on new orders/allocations like other locations do.

Went in for a test drive with no intention of leaving with a new car. However, after the test drive I had decided to get an rdx. Left a couple hours later with a new rdx. I have visited Continental Acura for the last four years. They always welcome me with a smile, most times by name, even though they are busy. My visits have been preventive maintenance primarily except for a vicious pothole which ate my tire. Thanks to the Tire warranty, I did not pay a cent.
